Training with Annie starts with a minimum commitment of five training sessions; either 30-minute sessions via video (only) or 55-minute sessions, in-person or video. In-person sessions typically occur at the client’s house or a mutually agreed upon public outdoor space. Most people will start to see improvements in their balance and strength within four weeks.
Each workout is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the client. You'll start with a dynamic warm up that starts slowly and builds in difficulty. The warm up prepares you for a strength and cardio workout; utilizing dumbbells, bands, other small equipment, as well as your own body weight as resistance during training. Every session ends with a stretch and cool down. Annie makes detailed notes on every session, keeping her consistently aware of any issues particular to your body, allowing you to progress and become stronger.
